It consists of five simple exercises that one can do in less than 10 minutes a day that the author feels is the secret to the fountain of youth. Each exercise is designed to stimulate the thymus and keep your Chackras aligned. The Chakras are the seven centers of the body long considered to be source of energy for psychic and spiritual power. It is very important to use a retinoid in the evening as part of your normal bedtime regime.  Doctors recommend them for everyone. It is never too early to start using retinoids. Don’t even think that you can lose weight without exercising!  The esteemed exercise guru,  Jack Lalanne recently passed away at 96 years young and he exercised until the day he died!  It has been proven that exercise is the key to a long, healthy life.  It increases stamina and builds strong bones that helps prevent diseases such as osteoporosis and arthritis.  It improves circulation for great looking skin and hair.  It only takes a thirty minute workout each day and don’t give me the excuse you can’t afford the time or money to go the gym!  There are numerous programs on television to exercise along with.  My personal favorite is Body Sculpt by Gilad on the Fit tv channel.  So get started, you can’t afford not to!
